Yay!My first Juyuan Experimental School lessons!However, most of the lessons were in mandarin and I struggled to keep up with my classmates and tried not to think about Coke,spagetthi and pizza!Thank you to my buddy,Vicky, for helping me in class! -Liew Zhixin,5K

We were having our Chinese lesson,I like their chinese lessons as the way they read was very expressive.The way their teacher teaches them was interesting. All questions that the teacher asks,a lot of pupils will raised their hands to answer them.Anyway,all I can say is that I love to join them in their lessons. -Leung Kai Yan,5H

i was very happy when I first met my shangai buddy.Actually,I have two buddies.Initially,I was sitting behind Si Cheng but she was taller than me.So,the teacher ask me to exchange places with her.My previous buddy also gave me a present although I did not give her any.I think she is a person who does not forgets her friends easily.

My buddy was very cute and he was very friendly.Their style of learning was very different. Unlike our school, they have to greet their teacher for very period, even if it is the same teacher. The most interesting part is that they have NO RECESS, NO GOING TO THE TOILET AND DRINKING WATER DURING CLASS AND ONE PERIOD IS 40MINS. When they speak Chinese, it was so fast and fluent!We could hardly talk as well as them! They have a canteen, but they dont use it!!!Then, after the morning lessons are over,I realised why.They had their food catered. They don't learn science, but they learn about nature. For their "science" it was a bit like ours.In this school, I learnt that they treat their lessons very, very, very seriously.I think that we could learn from them. - Yida, 5K

Hi!Javier's goldfish looks spectacular!Everyone was struggling to paint goldfish in this picture with a limited amount of supplies.In the end,some goldfish looked realistic,cartoonlike or a household mop.Mine looked like a goldfishlike mop.........
